With the recent Galliano scandal ["I love Hitler" and, "People like you would be dead. Your mothers, your forefathers, would all be f*cking gassed"], people have been digging into Christian Dior's past searching for any dirt they can drag out into the open, and unfortunately there's some dirt ...
It's been revealed that Dior and his family had ties to the Nazi party. And after Galliano's "I love Hitler!" remark, that's the last thing the brand needs out in the open right now.
Before starting his own fashion line, the designer is said to have dressed the wives of Nazi officers from 1942 to the end of World War II.
And his niece, Francoise Dior, married English Nazi Colin Jordan six years after Dior's death in 1957, and was at one point quoted saying, "All I want is little Nazi children!"
Crazy!!!
