I've just received word by phone from Feral House this afternoon that Robert Wadman's "lawsuit" in Ogden, Utah against my publisher has been dismissed. The gist of it, I'm told, is that Mr. Wadman has no legal claim against us, and therefore the case was thrown out. I haven't seen the judgment issued by the court, but will post a detailed notice after I receive it.
