MIND CONTROL THE CIA-ALLIED CORPORATIONS COMING FOR YOUR BRAIN

The number of Targeted Individuals (TIs) is growing. A count of TI cases is impossible, but the New York Times estimated in 2018 that there were at least 10,000 victims.* Their suffer relentless electromagnetic assault (symptoms: sleep deprivation, high-pitched ringing in the ears, simulated voices and verbal abuse, impaired vision, intense burning or pierced skin sensations, headaches, visual projections of AI-generated images, and other manifestations pf brain-computer interface) silently because they are not believed.

A serious examination of mind control tech was published by the Washington Post on January 14, 2012. "The biggest hurdle for TIs is getting people to take their concerns seriously. A proposal made in 2001 by Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) to ban 'psychotronic weapons' (another common term for mind control technology) was hailed by TIs as a great step forward. But the bill was widely derided by bloggers and columnists and quickly dropped."

Electronic targeting has its roots in CIA mind control experimentation. Corporations with histories of collaboration with Nazi Germany have perfected it. These companies are quietly constructing imperceptible concentration camps with barbed fences of pulsed EM signals in the 0-100 Hz range.

Remote electronic assault is responsible for the Havana Syndrome, the widely reported cluster of physical symptoms, first reported in 2016, that have sickened, incapacitated and blinded US diplomats in foreign embassies. The CIA claims to have no idea who is responsible, but government files have been the basis for books and documentaries that establish beyond a doubt that the Agency and allied corporations produced the technology.

Who is targeting American citizens with electromagnetic weaponry - including mass shooters who hear "voices," their brains stimulated to inflict uncontrollable rage that drives subjects to pick up a firearm and murder innocents.

Who is responsible? Well-known corporations.

MK-ULTRA - EDWIN LAND, LEE H, OSWALDAND THE CIA

Edwin H. Land, inventor of the Polaroid Land Camera, invented scores of devices for the armed forces during World War II: infrared goggles, target finders, the stereoscopic Vectograph viewer, and the first self-guided smart bombs. In 1963, the year John Kennedy was assassinated, he was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, an honor that Kennedy conceived by executive order in January.

Land was subsequently appointed to President Nixon's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board, a panel that included Adm. George W. Anderson, Nelson A. Rockefeller, Dr. William O. Baker, Henry Kissinger, and James Schlesinger.

A FALL FROM GRACE: Wikipedia: "Land resigned from his role as Presidential Advisor during Nixon's Watergate scandal in 1973. He was one of the names in Nixon's 'political opponents' (following the original top 20 enemies)."

APART FROM HIS INVENTION OF POLARIZED FILM, DR. LAND MADE NOTABLE STRIDES IN SPYCRAFT. In 1954, he was chairman of the Technological Capabilities Panel, Office of Defense Mobilization, Executive Office of the President. This was the year that Dr. Land wrote to CIA Director Allen Dulles, and proposed that aerial overflights be employed for surveillance purposes. (Source - letter from Dr. Land to Allen Dulles.) His suggestion was adopted and gave rise to the U2 spy plane. The home of the U2 was the CIA's Atsugi Air Base, where a young Marine named Lee Harvey Oswald was stationed.

In the 1950s, DCI Allen Dulles, following the example of the Manhattan Project, recruited the scientific community's crème de la crème to advance the capabilities of American intelligence and covert Cold Warfare:

C.I.A. Documents Tell of 1954 Project to Create Involuntary Assassins

"WASHINGTON - The Central Intelligence Agency began a study in l954 to find out whether a person could be secretly induced to commit an assassination against his will, newly released Government documents disclosed today. ...  The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence reported in 1976 that the intelligence agency had plotted three assassinations and had become indirectly involved in several others. According to the documents, a team from the project, which usually included interrogation experts, drug experts and psychiatrists or psychologists, was asked to 'give an evaluation' of the following 'hypothetical problem' in January 1954: 'Can an individual of (deleted nationality) descent be made to perform an act of attempted assassination involuntarily [or] induced to perform an act, involuntarily, against a prominent (deleted) politiclan or if necessary, against an American official. After the act of attempted assassination was performed, it was assumed that the subject would be taken into custody by the (deleted) government and thereby ‘disposed of,’" the memorandum said."

LEE HARVEY OSWALD IMPLANTED BY THE CIA: From the back cover of the book WERE WE CONTROLLED? by Lincoln Lawrence (1968): "Was Lee Harvey Oswald a mind-control subject? Did a secret group operating from Europe, Argentina and the U.S. use Lee Harvey Oswald in an early mind control experiment using a combination of Radio Hypnotic Intra-cerebral Control and Electronic Dissolution of Memory-- R.H.I.C.-E.D.O.M--to create different es and mind-control assassins?"

The Constantine Report contacted journalist Dick Russell, author of The Man Who Knew Too Much and one of the most reputable investigators of the John Kennedy assassination in, and asked if he believes that Oswald had been implanted. After a long pause, he said quietly, "yes, I do."

The small apparatus in Oswald's skull was developed by CIA psychiatrists Vernon Mark of Boston City Hospital and UCLA’s Frank Ervin.

Brain implants have made headlines recently, as Fernando Rodrigues at the TV MiejoAmbiente website notes with some frustration:

in May 2023, the Food & Drug Administration approved Neuralink’s request for permission to pursue human trials!

On January 29th, Elon Musk tweeted that “The first human received an implant from Neuralink yesterday and is recovering well.”

The news hasn’t been independently confirmed by Neuralink, so Musk’s tweet might just be hype targeted at investors or aimed at making money off a future IPO.

With all the buzz about this, I was surprised to learn that other companies already implanted brain-computer interfaces in humans long before Musk tweeted, including Synchron, Blackrock Neurotech, Precision and Motif.

According to the Daily Beast, “Neuralink was beaten to human trials by numerous other neurotechnology competitors such as Synchron, which successfully implanted its brain-computer interfaces in a human using a much-less invasive procedure.”

CNBC reports, “During initial studies, Synchron has so far implanted six patients in the U.S. and four patients in Australia. The company will have to carry out additional trials that demonstrate the safety and efficacy of its device before regulators in the U.S. Food and Drug Administration grant approval for broader commrcialization."

A December 2023 Wired article, “The Race to Put Brain Implants in People Is Heating Up,” noted that “Precision Neuroscience placed its brain implant in three people for about 15 minutes. The patients were undergoing brain surgery for other reasons—two were awake at the time—and Precision wanted to see if its implant could successfully read, record, and map electrical activity from the surface of the brain.”

The same article said that Motif “temporarily installed its pea-sized device in the skull of a patient who was having a brain tumor removed. In results that have yet to be peer-reviewed, Motif showed that it could effectively deliver stimulation to the brain without actually coming into contact with it. The implant was over the brain for just a few minutes.”

Blackrock Neurotech (no relation to the BlackRock investment company) has implanted more than 50 chips into people’s brains!

This is actually a pretty old technology. The first brain-computer interfaces were initially installed by Phil Kennedy back in the late 1990s. When the Food and Drug Administration shut his work on other people down, he used himself as a test-subject, traveling to Belize for brain surgery in 2014.

The tech’s secret history goes back to CIA doctors in the MK-ULTRA program, as the must-watch documentary film The Minds of Men explains.

In 1966, CIA-sponsored psychiatrists Vernon Mark of Boston City Hospital and UCLA’s Frank Ervin implanted electrodes into the brain of Leonard Kille.

Alex Constantine, author of the book Psychic Dictatorship in the U.S.A., included Kille’s story in his article, “The Hidden History of the CIA’s Electromagnetic Mind Control Experiments”:

“In 1966 Kille suspected that his wife was having an affair. She denied it; he flew into rages. A psychiatrist interpreted Kille’s anger as a ‘personality pattern disturbance’ and referred him to Mark and Ervin for neurological tests. Although Mark and Ervin described Kille’s behavior as ‘dangerous,’ Kille’s most violent outburst consisted of throwing tin cans at his wife (he missed). Hospitalized by order of the psychiatrists, Kille was involuntarily subjected to experimental brain surgery.

“During the touch-and-go operation, electrical strands were implanted in Kille’s brain. Each strand was studded with approximately 20 electrodes. Only after installation of the apparatus was Kille enlisted to sign his official consent to the procedure; the electrodes were already in place, zapping his brain.

“Following the nightmarish operation, Dr. Peter Breggin of the Center to Study Psychiatry, an ombudsman of psychiatric abuses, investigated Kille’s case and found—despite Mark’s and Ervin’s reports of therapeutic success—that the post-op patient was ‘totally disabled and subject to nightmarish terrors that he will be caught and operated on again at the Massachusetts General Hospital.’”

There’s even a Monsanto connection!

Kille may have been targeted by his former boss Edwin Land who led a CIA front-group that ended up getting absorbed by Monsanto. In 2018, Monsanto merged with Bayer and retired its infamous name, but it is still involved in brain-computer interfaces (the ones that don’t require brain surgery).

According to Constantine:

“Kille was a co-inventor of the Land camera, named for Edwin Land of the Polaroid Corporation. A veteran researcher in government-sponsored mind control programs, Land founded the Scientific Engineering Institute (SEI) on behalf of the CIA. In July 1968 at South Vietnam’s Bien Hoa Hospital, SEI teams had implanted electrodes in the skulls of Vietcong prisoners of war in experimental attempts to direct the behavior of brain-wired subjects by remote control. Upon completion of the experiments, the POWs were shot and cremated by a company of Green Berets.”

I learned from the Boston Institute of Non-Profit Journalism investigation “Lobotomass” that SEI morphed into Searle Medidata Inc., a subsidiary of G.D. Searle, a pharmaceutical giant later chaired by former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld:

“In 1985, Rumsfeld helped arrange the sale of Searle to the Monsanto Company.”

Monsanto (now Bayer) has maintained its investments in brain-computer interface technologies through the “philanthropic venture fund” BioGenerator, which has invested in BCI company Neurolutions.

What would an agribusiness company like Monsanto—or, now merged with Bayer, a pharmaceutical company—want with a brain-computer interface like Neurolutions that “consists of a wireless EEG electrode device worn on the head that is used to measure the patient’s brain signals”?

We don’t have to guess, because Monsanto scientists have published how they’ve actually used the technology.

In one 2016 study, Monsanto artificial intelligence data scientist Ryan Butner “conducted an experiment exploring social media usage during disaster scenarios, combining electroencephalogram (EEG), personality surveys, and prompts to share social media.”

He and his colleagues were able to match personality type to preference for sharing certain forms of content, all while tracking the parts of the brain involved in making these decisions.

Another study by Butner published in 2019 presaged the so-called “Disinformation Dozen” COVID-era psyop. Butner and his colleagues accessed information from Facebook to analyze every post about GMOs from 2014 to 2017.

They claimed that their “results suggest that a small group of alternative health and pro-conspiracy sites received more total engagements on social media than sites commonly regarded as media outlets on the topic of GMOs.”

Butner marketed the work he did for Monsanto/Bayer to other companies, advising them “to invest in robust social listening paired with true data science.”

In 2020, Butner presented his work at the Multidisciplinary International Symposium on Disinformation in Open Online Media (MISDOOM) conference.

The Monsanto/Bayer example demonstrates that corporations have all the tools they need to plug us into the Matrix—without anyone even noticing!

They’re scaring us with Neuralink to give us a false sense of security that everything’s going to be alright as long as we don’t submit to brain surgery.

They’re luring us with VR goggles, smartwatches and biofeedback headsets.

And it’s working.

The saddest thing I saw while researching this article was a picture of a little girl with a headset on and a tablet in her lap—a familiar scene you’ll see in any restaurant, school or airplane. It was the caption that grabbed me:

“Transforming child mental health with AI-powered neurofeedback for kids with ADHD and autism.”

Is this why Bayer soaks our food in neurotoxins like their bee-killing neonicotinoid insecticide? To rattle our nervous systems just enough that we’ll be drive to seek refuge in the Metaverse?

From mind hacking to brain data theft, it’s time to get our legislators to protect us against the threats posed by these technologies.

Brain surgery is not required for electronic devices to have the power to identify the unique signature of specific thoughts, intentions and emotions.

Emotiv has made electroencephalography (EEG) headsets commercially available since 2010.

A 2019 study reported the invention of a “Wearable In-Ear EEG Device for Emotion Monitoring.”

OpenBCI’s Galea headset “is a complete mix of all sorts of sensors: EEG, EMG, EDA, PPG and eye tracking” integrated with virtual reality.

Dr. Adey was employed by Motorola to gauge the human tolerance of exposure to EM radiation. His work pertained to cell phone development. It was above-board and the results were published in peer-review journals. The same work applied to CIA mind control technology, and he was assisted in a UCLA lab by Operation Paperclip scientists.
