Unfortunately the CIA is still doing it in Balochistan in Pakistan's tribal areas, with their funding and training support of the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA). They have very interesting bed partners in this project (mainly Indian and Russian in
... telligence. Although the CIA and Xe (Blackwater) also collaborate with the Mossad and MI6 (British intelligence) in launching cross border attacks into Iran with Iranian Baloch separatists. I found the speech by Pakistani prime minister to the assembly on March 1st very interesting, the closest the Pakistani government has come to exposing the CIA-led insurgency in Balochistan: http://tribune.com.pk/story/125602/baloch-insurgency-funded-from-abroad-pm/ They have openly accused India, Israel and British intelligence of meddling in Balochistan, but have been too dependent on US military and economic aid to risk antagonizing them. The reaction in the Pakistani media suggests Davis' arrest has made them more bold about confronting the US. Since 2006 the Pentagon has made no secret of their desire to see energy and mineral rich Balochistan secede from Pakistan to become a US client state - just like energy and mineral rich Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and the other former Soviet republics. Especially with massive Chinese investment in the area (for example, the Chinese-built Gwadar Port created as a transit route for Iranian oil and natural gas destined for China). So, once again US taxpayers are funding both sides of the so-called War on Terror. I blog about this at http://stuartbramhall.aegauthorblogs.com/2010/12/30/the-us-as-a-semi-failed-state/ With a recent map of Free Balochistan (from their website).

The My Kai commander was prosecuted. Stop ass licking communists. It's so sad watching decent even great men suffer from Stockholm syndrome repeating the Stalinist version of history. John Kerry was then and is now a traitor. The Americans in Vie

When John Kerry spoke 44 years ago on behalf of Vietnam Vets Against the War and others before Sen Fulbright’s Committee on Foreign Relations during the March on Washington he cited some statistics regarding the care of the Vietnam veterans or the la

I spoke to a veteran who complained about this very thing. I just now read the article. He basically told me that the government wants to make human war machines that won't feel bad about having to kill so many people--mind control, emotional manip
... ulation, etc. I agree that Veterans who went through this should forever receive free health care. It is the very least our nation can do, but should do more. This one is hard for me to swallow. Many of my family members have served their country since our migration here from Britain and Canada in 1630 something. Giving up your life is one thing; giving up your conscience is another matter entirely. Not many Americans know this. Can you imagine what they'd do if they knew? "Demands" is the word I'd pick. These people should never have to worry about making a living again after something like that.

As of 2015 ("HALF A CENTURY."+ 21 years later) the U.S. Congress has yet "To make Rules..." providing redress for and preventing the injurious, non-consensual experiments on and "Degrading" rape of U.S. Military Personnel. 1994 noted were missing nee
... ded for treatment and experimentation verifying records! This is again verified by Congress's subsequent EIGHT (8) times rejection of the "Veterans Right To Know Act"! On 25 July 2012 a U.S. Magistrate Judge ordered the VA to release these DOD experimentation records! Dept. of Veterans Affairs (DVA) "adjudicators" and the veteran’s courts function within a segregated Executive Branch, Administrative Law system. Lost is Judicial and Legislative Branch Oversight and Accountability. This is proven by the Administrative, Court of Veterans Appeals (CVA) Chief Judge's noted "freely ignored" "Constitution, Statutes and Regulations"! [ The U.S. Congress reported that, "Every year, thousands of experiments utilizing human subjects are still being conducted by, or on behalf of, the DOD." These are Department Of Defense "experiments that were designed to harm"! They are identified in the 56 page U.S. Senate December 8, 1994 Report 103-97, "IS MILITARY RESEARCH HAZARDOUS TO VETERANS' HEALTH? LESSONS SPANNING HALF A CENTURY." with its 171 source "NOTES". Under the Bill of Rights, Amendment VIII is, "...nor cruel and unusual punishments.". This is reiterated in the, "U.S. Report under the International Convent on Civil and Political Rights, July 1994 Article 7 "Freedom from Torture, or Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment." Also 3 months earlier (17 & 18, October 1994) is the Chief Judge's "Constitution, Statutes and Regulations" "policy freely ignored" by "The Veterans Health Administration" and the Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) in the CVA Chief Judge's "STATE OF COURT" transcript PARAGRAPH 9. To date lost has been the Chief Judge's advised Congressional oversight and accountability. [ Congress ignored is their current 2015 avoidance of responsibility for TITLE 38 PART I CHAPTER 5 SUB CHAPTER I § 511 § 511. Decisions of the Secretary (of Veterans Affairs); finality "(a) The Secretary shall decide all questions of law and fact necessary to a decision by the Secretary under a law that affects the provision of benefits by the Secretary to veterans or the dependents or survivors of veterans. Subject to subsection (b), the decision of the Secretary as to any such question shall be final and conclusive and may not be reviewed by any other official or by any court, whether by an action in the nature of mandamus or otherwise." [ The complete 16 paragraph, CHIEF JUDGE FRANK Q. NEBEKER, "STATE OF COURT" THIRD JUDICIAL CONFERENCE OCTOBER 17-18, 1994 transcript is available on request or at CAVC Judicial Conference Index Veterans http://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?product=ask.com&action=info&source=NIS&version=21&ulang=eng&url=www.veteranslawlibrary.comhttp://www.veteranslawlibrary.com/Judicial_Conf_Index.h. --------------------PARAGRAPH 9 of 16 in TRANSCRIPT.----------------------------- "I believe my message is clear. There is, I suggest, no system with judicial review which has within it a component part free to function in its own way, in its own time and with one message to those it disappoints -- take an appeal. That is, I am afraid, what we have today in many of the Department's Agencies of Original Jurisdiction -- that is AOJs -- around the country. Neither the Court, through the Board, the Board, nor the General Counsel has direct and meaningful control over the Agencies of Original Jurisdiction. Indeed, it is also clear that the VHA – the Veterans Health Administration -- ignores specific directives to provide medical opinions as directed. And this is resulting in unconscionable delays. Let us examine judicial review. Remember, the Court and the Board do not make policy, the Secretary and Congress do. The Court simply identifies error made below by a failure to adhere, in individual cases, to the Constitution, statutes, and regulations which themselves reflect policy -- policy freely ignored by many initial adjudicators whose attitude is, "I haven't been told by my boss to change. If you don't like it -- appeal it." http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode38/usc_sec_38_00000511----000-.html] Congress Overlooks: A.."To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces." is the U.S. Congress’s responsibility under the U.S. Constitution, Art. I, Sect. 8, Clause 14. [ B.."I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God." This is the U.S. Congress’s Oath of Office. [ Please require your members of Congress to obey their abandoned Oath of Office! Shouldn't U.S. Service Personnel have the same U.S. Constitutional, Amendment 8, rights that were given by the 26 February 1953 Secretary of the Department of Defense’s, to-date ignored, no non-consensual human experimentation order. And 2. Are given to convicted rapists and murderers under the Amendment VIII reiteration, "U.S. Report under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights July 1994, Article 7 - Freedom from Torture, or Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment." [ "EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW" is carved in stone above the main entrance to the U.S. Supreme Court Building. Please make this happen for veterans and active duty military men and woman! [ Thank you. David Marshall, 100% Disabled 1952-1956 USAF Veteran

I got a post before N30 '99 that said Kissinger-Ferguson Office of population affairs-State Dept. were going to nations and saying,"You need to reduce the population of your countries by 1/3rd or we will start a civil war and kill them off that way".
... Really. After seeing the death tolls in Korea, Rwanda, Vietnam, Iraq, etc, I now believe that it is true. What a shame that the people of america have to be associated with the criminal actions of the out of control nazi military industrial complex.

NBC-nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons seem to be the ones that really kill, kill, kill and also deform, deform, deform. There are also autonomic nervous system complications from agent orange and other defoliants, leading to heart attacks amo
... ng other things. Clusters of deformities are springing up anywhere there is either low or high level radiation exposures and chemical exposures as well. Serious questions have also arisen about how healthy GM foods really are; figures they would test them on fourht world peoples; disposable in the minds of people like Henry Kissinger. The way to do agricultural development is to enhance existing regional foodcrops not inflict foreign strains not compatible with climate and regional soil biology. they're nutzis and they're stupid.

The reason veterans in their late 50's and early 60's are filing for these benefits is that when compensating Vietnam vets for known scientifically proven disease linked to Agent orange. Is that between the VA, Congress and certain business there we

He was so critical of the VA, Congress and certain business' that his report when it came out was immediately classified and never published. Now Sen. It has taken until they are old men to get the government and the VA to do what is right. Maybe Sen. Web should go back and study history.
