Nice downtown library y'all got there in Seattle; some facts;
1) we made Schell build it; 4,200 tons of reinforced concrete and steel to withstand a nine on the richter.
2) no one knows about money laundering into Schells' HUD deals because he didn'

3) Downtown library facility was designed with intention that it would function as second Telecom backup in case third avenue switching station is knocked out. That was worked out with ATT at the time. They had a mobile switcher for telecom.
4) This was NOT my main interest in FCC policy since I wanted low power stations to be attractive enough to the majority of people that they would actually listen and TRUST stations enough to receive disaster related information from them. Now that two low power nonprofit stations censor hard rock, forget about getting real workers trained and working in high risk environments involved.
Great story of how to destroy someone with slander and malicious intent. But in this case it was desire for money and a talent for slander.
