'This action is brought under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552, et seq., to enforce the public’s right to information about the federal government’s payments to journalists in the United States who presented themselves as independent in their reporting and who saturated the Miami media with hostile, inflammatory and prejudicial stories regarding Cuba and the Cuban Five during the U.S. government’s arrest and trial of the Cuban Five in Miami. ...
